Jobe introduces the Volta 10.0. Their newest innovation has a thickness of 4.75'' allowing it to perform best up to a weight up to 100kg. The board comes in a package, complete with a waterproof bag, fiberglass paddle and pump in matching colors. This beauty loves to discover lakes, rivers, and urban waters. The board has a non-detachable thruster fin system. You get a little surprise, too: A black leash.

Shipping

Shipping made easy.

Our goal is to the keep the ordering process as easy as possible. Processing times vary from 1-3 days. Shipping times on average are 1-7 days. This is depending on the stock of your Kayak. Please read through the following guidelines so you know what it will be like when you order your Kayak.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you place your order. This means that the payment has been processed and we will be preparing your order for shipping. 

As soon as we receive payment we reach out to our supplier and make sure your Kayak is in stock. 

If your Kayak is on back order or out of stock. We will contact you via e-mail. This will usually be within 12 hrs of purchase. 

When the product is ready for shipment we will process the order immediately. Charges will be processed and the product will be shipped. You will receive order tracking and confirmation within 24 hours of leaving the warehouse.  

Order Shipment:

We ship Via UPS and FedEx for most of our Kayaks. If your order is over $200 A signature is required upon delivery. This is a service we cover to make sure it is your who receives the kayak. Whoever purchased the kayak will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the kayak.

Damages:

On arrival inspect the packaging inside and out thoroughly. If you notice any damages or missing parts please take photos. Photos with a date are even better. With accurate photos contact us at help@columbiakayaks.com and we will reach out the manufacturer for you and process the insurance claim.

Cancellations & Refunds:

We offer a full refund for all credit card purchases that have not shipped. Refunds requested after an item has shipped will be subject to covering shipping costs. This includes the shipping costs to return the product back to the manufacturer as well. Kayaks are very expensive to ship. If your item is on back order and you accept the back order, we will hold your payment until the Kayak ships. If you decide to cancel before a back order arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge you any fees.

Here at Columbia Kayaks, we want to be able to offer kayaks online at a competitive level. We strive to keep our prices low, but our brands will only allow us to go so low. To keep our commitment to offer affordable kayaks we check prices with our retailers regularly and stay at MAP or the minimum advertised price, if for some reason you find a lower price on a competitor's site, let us know and we will match it. 

Our price match guarantee has some limitations:

Promotions such as "buy one, get one free" and rebates do not apply and are not eligible

Auction and discount sites do not apply - for example, Amazon, eBay, Overstock, Walmart, etc.

The competitor must be an authorized dealer for the product/brand that is in question.

The item must be in stock on the competitor's website and not at a brick and mortar (physical store)

The competitor must not have a physical store and must only operate online.

It does include the price of the item, plus shipping fees, but DOES NOT include sales tax.

The item in question must be new and not refurbished or used.

The item in question can not be below the MAP or the minimum advertised price set by the retailer under contract.
